progressive case die

replace 2 interchangeable dies from within master shoe with 1 die to complete all previous operations.

u-bracket die design

2-up "u-bracket" die design, drawn in full solids and detailed in 1.5 weeks for our customer.

suspension part

left and right hand progressive dies to make chassis part. tool consisted of 4 cams for re-strike and trim.

case handle project

1 master shoe with placement for 4 interchangeable dies consisting of, 2 re-strike, 4 trim, 2 pierce (12 different punch configurations) and 1 double-action cam die.

copper-rating

simple 3 station hand-transfer die. Ø1.375" copper bar flattened to 0.610", pierced and countersunk.
